She oversaw the menu and cooking, staffing of waiters and bartenders, and flower arrangements at our outdoor wedding in the Pacific Palisades. She did a phenomenal job coordinating to build an outdoor kitchen in a park. Her menu was perfect for an end of summer wedding; delicious options for our dinner buffet and a fabulous spread at the cocktail hour. She also worked with us to have yummy vegetarian and vegan options.

She catered a reception for us and I had no idea what I wanted. I'd never heard of "heavy Hors d'oeuvres" (in lei of a sit down meal) before and it ended up being the perfect size for our needs. We love to travel and she created a travel theme with the food of various countries all over the world. She even had some noodles in a Chinese food box and served them with chop sticks - so cute and delicious. Vanessa is kind, professional and a genius with food.
